Забележителности в Рим - паметникът на Виктор Емануил II


Площад Венеция бързо стана едно от любимите ми местенца в Рим и го посетих два пъти. Разположен в сърцето на града, точно до Римските форуми, посещаван от хиляди туристи дневно, площадът впечатлява с издигащия се на него паметник на Виктор Емануил II.



Не можете да пропуснеш да видиш площада, тъй като е една от най-големите забележителности в града. Ще ти направи впечатление, че е забранено сядането на стълбите и има униформени пазачи, които следят поведението на хората. 


Стана ми интересно защо не е позволено сядането, затова отидох да попитам един от тях. Той ми обясни най-любезно, че на това място дълбоко под земята се намира античен театър и сядането върху него се счита за неуважение. 


Един съвет от мен: не пропускайте да се качите до върха на Викториана с панорамния асансьор, таксата за който е 7 евро, но се разкрива спираща дъха 360-градусова гледка към целия град.

    Beautiful photos and I love seeing you play tourist Sany! I can also see why you enjoyed Piazza Venezia so much that you made a return visit. Very interesting about why sitting on the steps is forbidden. Rome is on my travel list and I will have to remember your tips :)

Oh, you're in one of my favourite country, lucky you! ;D Rome is breathtaking and have a lot of lovely spots, what about Piazza Venezia I also saw it when I was in Rome a long time ago and I also was impressed by this place, it's terrific and honestly, I had NO idea about the fact about stairs, now, thanks for sharing, because I find it very useful :)

    I was looking forward to see your posts from Rome :) I visited Rome almost 5 years ago and it's definitely one of the most beautiful cities I've visited and my favorite Italian city. I remember the square and that it wasn't allowed to sit there but I didn't know why. It's cool that you asked and now we know the story, too :)The view from there is breathtaking and everything looks so familiar to me :) You look gorgeous, too, of course! :)
